At CollectorsDen, we are committed to providing authentic and high-quality collectible products. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns or Refunds Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Reporting Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a refund or replacement, you are required to provide unboxing or package opening videos clearly showing:
The condition of the package upon arrival.
The contents of the package as they are unboxed.
These videos are mandatory to verify that the damage or defect occurred during shipping and not after receipt.
3. Return and Inspection Process
Upon acceptance of your claim, a return order will be initiated.
The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
Once the returned product is received by us, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure:
The damage reported matches the original claim.
No additional damage, tampering, or resealing has occurred.
4. Refund Approval
If the inspection confirms the product was originally damaged or defective, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
If the inspection finds discrepancies, additional damages, or tampering, the refund may be denied.
5. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Any requests for cancellation must be made before the order is shipped, subject to our discretion.
