At CollectorsDen, we strive to ensure that your collectible products reach you safely and promptly. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully.
1. Order Processing
Once an order is placed, our team processes it within 2–3 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
2. Shipping Partners
We use Shiprocket to manage all our deliveries.
The best courier partner for your location will be automatically chosen by Shiprocket to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Our most preferred courier partner is Blue Dart, and orders will be shipped via Blue Dart wherever possible.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a specified amount.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment through Shiprocket or the courier partner’s website.
6. Shipping Address
Please provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing your order.
CollectorsDen is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In case your order arrives damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will guide you through our refund/return process as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, CollectorsDen only ships within India.
International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
