  • To claim a refund, customers must provide package opening/unboxing videos clearly showing the condition of the package and product.

  • Upon approval, a return order will be initiated. The returned product will undergo inspection to verify:

    • No additional damage or tampering occurred after delivery

  • Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection of the returned product.

  • If the inspection finds discrepancies, the refund may be denied.
